What is Regenerative Health

Regenerative health focuses on the body’s natural ability to repair itself. It emphasizes creating an optimal environment within the body by addressing the impact of toxins, chemicals, stressors and traumas. Rather than solely relying on genetics, regenerative health recognizes that lifestyle choices play a significant role in determining overall health. This approach aims to identify and address the root causes of health issues, rather than merely alleviating symptoms. By addressing the body’s terrain, regenerative health seeks to restore balance and promote long-term well-being.

Treatment methods may include detoxification, nutrition, herbal supplements, and various modalities such as breathwork and movement. The regenerative health journey typically involves a minimum of three months on a plant-based diet, accompanied by regular check-ins and adjustments to the protocol as needed. The ultimate goal is to empower individuals to maintain their health independently, with ongoing support available through an online community.

Muscle Testing

Muscle testing utilizes the subconscious mind and the body's electrical field to assess physical, mental, and emotional well-being by testing muscle strength against various stimuli. It serves as a method to determine the effectiveness of objects, programs, or regimens on health and well-being. Weakness or strength in muscles under pressure indicates whether something supports or adversely affects the body's balance and health.

Some of the different ways that we support the body are through detoxification, nutrition, herbal formulas and mineral supplements, redox signaling molecules, molecular hydrogen, frequency therapy, breathwork, and movement.

  • A minimum of 3 months on a plant based diet, most people are 3-4 months but if there are severe conditions it may be up to a year or more.
  • Minimum cost of about $300 – $500 for supplements/herbal protocol items for the initial duration of the protocol. It is an investment, but the goal is to get your body back into balance so these won’t be needed long term.
